Material Returns

In order to ensure processing of your Return Materials Authorization (RMA), all parts must be returned to Charmilles within 15 days of shipment and tagged with either the RMA form or a completed Yellow Component Tag. All parts will be inspected and evaluated before any credit is issued. If no technician was on site, a 5% restocking fee will be assessed. Credit of up to 25% may be issued on exchange parts. No credit will be issued on parts evaluated as non-repairable or tampered.
